Scam Awareness

Cubic Castles is a fun popular game, but we do witness some scams.
Our Game Staff is helping us as much as they can, but they can't fix EVERY problem we have. Sometimes there are scammers moderators aren't informed about until it's too late, this is why it is important to know how to avoid these scams and the proper way to report them.

How to report scams

If you want to report someone, private message one of our Game Staff, they WILL TRY THEIR HARDEST TO HELP and may not be able to fix every problem. Eg. If someone like Gdog or Siddd tries to help you out with a situation and you don't agree with how they are handling it, don't kick up a fuss there is no need because they know what there doing. Moderators usually won't do anything major, like going onto your account but they might do things you don't agree with but you still need to respect them.

Trading Safely

The in-game trading system is probably the safest it can be, but we still get lots of people trading with pets levels 0 - 49 or a large amount of Cubits If you are trading a level 49 or level 0 pet, make sure it isn't switched out for a different level pet. Please be careful, and always watch the 3 dots at the bottom of the trade to see if the trader is swapping the item or amount of cubits. As you probably know Cash Registers have not been in the game the whole time, but Tip Piggies have been around for a while, some scammers will try to sell an item to you in a tip piggy, and try to scam your cubits, how you may ask? Here is a script:

You: Hey can I buy this Slyme Costume? Scammer: Sure, just put 50k in the tip piggy! You: Ok, puts cubits in piggy Scammer: mines piggy and leaves realm

You have to be careful, as these kinds of trades are against the game guidelines.

Paid Games and Activities

If you are bored in-game you might tend to travel to hollawarps and some hollawarps say "hey payaway 100c ONLY OMG RARES HERE" or "pick da block 10c COME QUICK JUST:" Paid games of luck are against the game guidelines. If you see anyone doing paid games of luck activity, please report the situation, the moderators aren't always able to catch these games, which is why we should report them so moderators can handle them.

In-game Warnings

Some silly people might say warnings are useless, well do you want to be scammed? Warnings exist for a reason! Moderators will do not give warnings for fun, they will only give warnings if they need to. Please, if you get a warning and you feel as if you have done nothing wrong, don't let everyone know because they can't remove the warning. If you want a warning removed, just private message a moderator and they could take your warning away if they see it was unfair. You must tell them the whole truth, don't just make up a load of rubbish to avoid warning because that will get you in more trouble and we don't want that do we now?
