Quicksand is a Block in Cubic Castles. Its texture is very similar to Sand, so many people combine them with Sand to make simple traps or hidden paths.
Like all liquid blocks (Such as Water), you can go through Quicksand, but it will damage you at least 1 heart.
How to obtain
Crafting is the only way to obtain Quicksand, you'll need Sand, Water, Mud and Oil with either Anvil or Workbench as crafting station.
