A Fizzled Wand, in a nutshell, is a wand that loses all its charges. Each wand has its representitive charges when created/bought. When it hits 0, it turns into a fizzled wand, which is useless wand. Pressing the star button when the wand is equipped makes you spin the wand but unable to shoot anything. The Developers MAY come up with a recipe to revive these wands.
How to obtain
Shoot any wand until it fizzles at 0 charges
